Steve Conner is the CEO of FinServe USA Inc. Additionally, Steve is a principal at Financial Consulting Services Group, LLC  which helps bring together project owners and collateral through credit enhancements to meet project requirements. Steve is also Partner at CIG Capital which provides project funding to projects exceeding $20M in funding. Finally, Steve is involved in energy, real estate development, infrastructure, and humanitarian projects multi-nationally.

In Steve’s early business years, a passion for inbound marketing through automation took hold. Steve began his lead generation career in 2004 aggregating leads for various client organizations. Steve spent several years of his professional career developing marketing and sales enablement automation for businesses. Steve has provided over 700 business development programs for companies throughout the world.

Steve built a business finance marketplace. The model is predicated on quality relationships to help business finance professionals establish trusting relationships. Steve’s marketplace has facilitated over 12 billion in funding originations since 2018.

When Steve founded FinServe, he set out to build the industry’s largest network of business finance brokers by offering Broker Network 1.0 which is a free program for business finance professionals. The program provides resources such as lender introductions, marketing consulting and sales training programs. Steve enjoys helping his clients grow their originations and FinTech management tools. Steve’s motivations include; building commercial finance businesses, provide assistance funding projects exceeding $20m, advancing large project organizations, and real estate investments.
