1. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

FinServe USA Inc. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Effective Date: 2/16/26

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern participation in text messaging programs operated by FinServe USA Inc. (“FinServe,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting into any FinServe SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

FinServe may send SMS/text messages including but not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Enrollment confirmations

  • Account notifications

  • Training updates

  • Renewal reminders

  • Customer service responses

  • Marketing and promotional messages

  • Survey requests

  • Event announcements

Messages may be sent using:

  • Automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS)

  • Artificial or prerecorded voice technology

  • AI-assisted or AI-generated messaging systems

  • Predictive dialers

  • CRM-integrated messaging platforms

  • Manual dialing

2. Express Written Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (via checkbox, keyword, web form submission, or written agreement), you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and non-marketing text messages from FinServe at the number provided.

  • Consent is not a condition of use.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent applies even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

We retain timestamped consent records, IP address logs (where applicable), and opt-in source documentation.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by:

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

6. Revocation of Consent

You may revoke consent at any time. Revocation does not affect:

Information collected in connection with SMS services is governed by our Privacy Policy available at www.finserveusa.com.

We do not sell SMS consent data.

8. Modification

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
